Oddly enough my Dracthyr is seeing the Shadowlands Summary instead of the Dragonflight Summery
You can change the character that is showing by clicking on your Icon & then Change Character.

But still there is the bug that the button is missing from the minimap.
I made this into a macro.
I recently leveled an alt to 61 and did the usual stuff in SW but the summary button did not appear and upon landing in Dragon isles only unable to upgrade anything with flight.
My other toons below 70 lost the summary as well but retained their full riding skills
I have this issue on my one Warlock. I have the issue of it not letting this character use the rostrum under level 70, nor the portal from Org to Valdrakken.

awesome thank you! I put in a ticket and the support reply didn’t resolve the issue but I used the macro you posted and now I can use the glyphs I spent yesterday hunting for !
I’m having the same issue on my level 63 Mage though my other toons have no issues.
Same issue.
I am now at a point where I can no longer advance the story due to the fact that I can not seem to access content such as using the rostrum or portals or get quests because everything “requires level 70.”

I limped my new 3 vigor 61’s to Valdrakken and visited Lithragosa dragonriding trainer to open the Dragon riding skill track to complete my account bound full training on each of them.
Are you guys having issues with world quest levels as well. My all ui has been messed up since I started leveling a new character, not just the dragon isle summary but damage numbers not showing, macros not working, not being able to scroll up and down my chat window like i used to, its a whole list of stuff for me

I’m having intermittent issues as well - fine before the patch, then custom group finder wasn’t working (so no mythics for a day or two), and whatever they did to fix THAT seems to have broken a whole bunch of other stuff.
So business as usual post-patch, really - they’ll fix it, eventually. Until then we’ll just have to wing it I guess…

Yesterday I finally got my level 70 campaign quests completed to get the world quests etc to help the alt levelling out.
I then logged onto my next alt and, despite having the dragon isles summary before then, after the campaign and achievement completion on the main character. It was late so I logged out.
Just logged in and checked the 70 to ensure it was still on her screen and it was. Logged back on the other character and the button appeared there again. I suspect, in my case at least, Blizzard did an update to the summary screen due to the 70s completion status and it moved the button from where I had put it in my addon. Logging back in might have then corrected it back into the addons location.
It could be coincidence … or they did a sneak fix over night
