I have looted all of the treasures in the Spires of Arak (Draenor) with exception to 2 of them. Those are the Garrison Hammer (in a cart) and the Strange Mushrooms (mountain side). The box icon always show on the map but they are not there when I go there. I have reviewed on Google and I am at the right locations. The in game art does not show them at all. This has been going on for the past month even after patches.

I know at least one of them requires your spires of arak outpost established. Maybe both.
I’ve also been having problems of missing treasures in Draenor. There was the Mallet as well and others including, Yuuri’s Gift and Soulbinder’s Reliquary in Talador. I have Handy Notes installed for Draenor Treasures and shows me missing treasures and when I went there I didn’t see them. Granted they could be a phasing issue, but I didn’t really quest through Draenor, just did the bonus objectives and picked up treasures, so I wouldn’t know. I know a the patch of mushrooms is phased in Spires of Arakk and can’t be looted. I believe you have to do the Steamwheedle Quests there so that problem doesn’t happen.
Same here. As of today, neither of those two treasures shows up for me.
