I already made a CS Ticket: US102080378
I was told to create a Bug Report here, to hopefully get someone to replace my Doomhammer, so I may progress with the Shaman Class Hall Storyline, of which I should be over halfway done with.
I made sure to check my bank, and my bags, both of which are quite empty on this character, making that an easy feat.
I just need the hammer, to pass these quest requirement checks, and move on with these stories. Any help would be appreciated, Thank you.
Update:
So, I was asking around about this, and now I have friends saying they can’t find their Doomhammer in their Banks as well, and they didn’t use the Gear Upgrade Service. Truth be told, I thought I placed my Hammer in my Bank a while ago, but when it wasn’t there when checking recently, I thought perhaps it was from the Gear Upgrade, but perhaps it’s an issue with the Bank itself?
That’s all the info I have for now.
