Screenshots taken at 75,62 in Revendreth. I noticed similar bare environments in the crypt in the Halls of Atonement where one of the daily mirrors spawns.
Even an interactable door is missing:
I can confirm, and this appears to be the case in multiple tombs around Revendreth. Both of the Secret Treasure tombs appear to be missing all doodads and lighting, aside from portraits related to the Redelav Hall treasure.

Repo-ed furniture has not returned. Candles and other doodads floating.
