Private Hendel is bugged for the final part of the epic Missing Diplomat quest. When you confront him he just stands there and when you hit him enough to subdue him Jaina and Archmage Tervosh show up but no bubble is put around Hendel and they all just stand there. You can talk to Tervosh but can’t turn in the quest.
Really a bummer that I did so many quests to get to this point and for it to not work. It’s such a long epic questline and I was looking forward to finishing it.
