Missing Default Cast Bar

I am not sure what happened after 10.1 was installed. I am missing my cast bar for my devoker. And I have been trying to find the blizzard default cast bar to use as it was functional.

I went to the Edit Mode. I see cast bar and have it checked. In this box, there is also: Target and Focus, Party Frames, Buffs and Debuffs, Talking Head, etc. So I am not sure if WAs is interrupting it or what the deal is? I have disabled quartz and even tried deleting it. Quartz is currently disabled.

Any help would be appreciated as Devoker would be the only class, I’d like to keep the blizzard cast bar as I can see the empowered levels better.

I just had this happen on my shaman. Go into Edit Mode and select Player Frame. Then look for the HUD Edit Mode box and there will be an option for Cast Bar. Make sure it is checked. You can also move it to whatever location works for you and add a countdown timer if you wish. This is now the default cast bar, apparently.

Upon edit: Don’t forget to save your changes before exiting out of Edit Mode.
