(Genuinely unsure if this is the right topic category or not - but it’s about housing decor.)
I noticed when buying some items from a vendor in the housing neighborhood that one of them did not show up. It’s neither in my inventory nor in my decor “house chest.” To be fair to the system, I was rapid-clicking to buy some lower-cost plant decor in bulk (I’ve found that the shift-click to change amounts doesn’t work for these items). I wonder if the quick succession of purchases might have caused a glitch where something got missed.
I bought about a dozen of the different roses from Trevor Grenner in Founder’s Point, then some of the “Boxwood Bushes,” and lastly I tried to buy two “Silvermoon Sunrise” bushes. I already had one of those in my house chest, but wanted a few more - and only one of those last purchases actually seems to have processed correctly. Instead of 3 Silvermoon bushes in my house chest (2 + the one I had) I only have two in total.
The system messages in my chat window showed two purchases for that item, but I didn’t see the second one in my inventory, and I didn’t get credit for it in my house chest. I tried reloading UI, logging out and in again, switching to the character who actually “owns” my plot in Founder’s Point… and I even tried the item restoration tool via the customer support menu, but it didn’t show up there, either.
Any insights? Just a bug or glitch, maybe? I don’t mind it too much in this instance, seeing as it was only a small 25G item… but I’d be pretty miffed if I’d spent, say, 4500G to buy a fancy bed, or 30k bronze on a fountain for my timerunner - only to not have it show up. Hopefully it’ll be an easy fix, whatever it was that happened!
