blizzard posts maintenance time, exceeds it, a new time is posted, and still that deadline is missed.
who is accountable?
when will there be consequences for failure?

How many versions of the terms of service have there been?
If you think coding is easy, maybe you should apply for a job at blizzard and fix all these issues yourself, since you seem to want the issues fixed faster…
