I had done a heroic Nerub’ar Palace last night and the Silken court boss corpse didn’t have the crest currencies. I’m not capped on any of the crests but didn’t get the crests (Runed and Gilded) from it. Neither were they mailed later.
A shaman in the group who won the Spymaster’s Web also didn’t receive the loot after winning it. I’m not sure about the rest of the loot since it was a pug.
