Mats, Sparks, Gold all deleted/missing something happened and it all blooped when I placed a crafting order. On 4/21/26 around 6:30pm central I placed a crafting order and when I placed it the person i submitted the order to said it showed up in his orders for a split second then disappeared.
Because of this I am now missing 2 sparks, 80 myth crest plus the gold and other mats.
I currently have 3 sparks in my inventory when if I never placed that order should be 5.
If there is anyway to look at my characters Crest/inventory before 5pm on 4/21/26 and then after 6:45pm Central you will be able to clearly see all the mats and now they are missing.
There is no other way to explain that I am missing sparks/mats/crest besides they are literally not there. Total sparks acquirable as of today is 9, I have 2 crafted items currently so I should have 5 left over, Since I placed the crafting order and all mats Thanos snapped I only have 3.
Sorry to write so much but this literally bricks a character as of now. -80 Myth crest permanently, -2 Sparks permanently.
If it helps I also bought a Thalassian Missive of the Peerless right before I submitted the crafting order. This item was never deleted/traded/sold but was used in the crafting order so it also blooped. Just thought this might give another angle to look at because you guys can see that the item was bought and is now just missing from the game.

There was also whispers from this player where he says the crafting order disappeared.
I have collected 526 total myth crest 10 was over cap from “Lighting of the dark”. I have 3 max myth pieces and 2 crafted myth pieces = 400 crest total, I currently have 46 in my currency tab, Meaning 80 myth crest are unaccounted for = Blooped/deleted/thanos snaped with crafting order.

I have the same issue. Nothing in mail, no crafting order to cancel, just gone. Support tickets have said posting here is the best option. I have had no result after multiple posts and comments. I also submitted an in game bug report with all the details. There is a post from a month ago where this was happening and a community manager said something along the lines of “we have fixed this issue so it wont happen to others in the future, and we are looking at options for restoration” but i saw no follow up update after that, and the issue clearly persists.
Was informed to post this here to get a developers incite after a week of support digging into the issue.
I also am having this issue.
Tried to craft Blood Knight’s Warblade and had it fulfilled by someone in my guild. Went to open my mail and receive the weapon and it never went into my inventory. I have a screenshot of the item being completed in my orders tab.
Now I am out several thousand gold for mats, the sparks of radiance, and 80 mythic crests. I don’t have the time or desire to refarm all of this or wait for more sparks. Between the loot bugs at the beginning of the season and this, does this mean my character is now completely broken? This is ridiculous.
ETA: Got the item after waiting ~an hour of logging in/out, disabling addons, and doing an item restoration for an old crafted sword. No idea if any of it is related, but I am glad to have my sword. Still doesn’t excuse Blizzard not warning players that crafting isn’t working as intended.
At least in your case it shows up in crafting order, Once i placed mine it literally never showed up. Just ate my mats. I also have screen shots of everything and the chat box saying I placed the order.
Ive heard alot of people have had this happen it seems to only happen using crafting orders i havent heard anyone say its happened when they crafted the item themself. I may just stick to crafting my own or heroic gear i dont want the headache.
Edit - ive only placed one crafting order this season was for a mail belt with heroic crests. Since that only goes to 272 i think ill just upgrade a heroic belt to 276 when im able to trade for mythic crests and be done with it.
I just received all my items in the mail after 3 weeks. Hope everyone else with this issues gets some help.
