My reagent bag was full of mats. Last week about 10 different mats disappeared. I put in several tickets to no real answer from the dev team. The mats did eventually show back up. As of Sat afternoon more mats disappeared, and after putting in tickets i was told they were in my bags, which they are not. Now more than 1/2 or my 36 slot reagent bag is empty. What is going on? i am missing thousands of materials.

I’ve seen the same, I also posted in here a few days ago. I noticed I was missing some bismuth and the orange gems on one character. They did show back up a few days later, then the gems went missing again. On another character I just noticed some leatherworking mats missing. Seems to be only in my reagent bags, haven’t noticed the issue in other bags.

As shown by the guild bank issue, no data is safe, and they do not feel obligated to correct it.
They just want your money, and you take what they give, they really don’t care if it’s right or not.
Do not be surprised that things disappearing and not functioning correctly is the new normal for this game going forward.

It’s still happening as of today. One of my characters is missing some materials in their reagent bag.

Same. I posted a thread about it.
Just to provide info on what may be causing the bug:
- I don’t use any bag or UI addons.
- During the last play session, I reached lvl 100 in Tailoring (no idea why that would trigger it, but maybe?)
- I had just got done doing Chromie and some LFR
- I activated the anniversary buff / did the 12 hour buff quest just before logging off.
