Three days ago, I made spellcloth, and it never appeared in my bags (or anywhere). I’m now short two items of spellcloth (spellcloth specialist). I should have 18 total, and I only have 16.
I know for sure that I made the spellcloth, because my 4-day spellcloth cooldown instantly came up and the mats disappeared out of my bags.
I know for sure that I never received the spellcloth, because I keep all my spellcloth in the bank. When I make spellcloth, I immediately take it out of my bags and put it into the bank. When I made the spellcloth this time, I could not find it in my bags to put it into the bank. It never arrived anywhere else - in the mail, in the bank, etc.
I followed the support article for missing items: I exited wow, renamed the cache, interface, and wtf folders, but I still was not able to find the missing spellcloth. I also checked the item restoration page, and it was not listed.
I filed a ticket and after some discussion the rep sent me to this forum. Please help.
