As far as I can Tell I am missing an entire category called “Controls” mainly from what I can tell contains the Auto Loot option so I have been unable to turn it on for any new characters. I have tired the search option in the new option menu, also deleted both the Addons and WTF folder just to make sure there wasn’t an addon effecting that, also just got done doing a fresh install still no option to turn on the auto loot. So does anyone have any insight or ideas for me to try not game breaking by any means but still annoying.

I would try a full UI reset. Resetting the WoW User Interface - Blizzard Support (battle.net)
