The Trader’s post has been buggy for me. I finished the monthly reward (1000 coins). However, after I finished it, the chest only rewarded me 225 coins. Please help me and fix the bug. This is quite unfair to me and those players who encounter the same situation.

The same thing happened to me. I went to get what I thought was 250 coins since I just hit the reward, but only 100 was there.
I should have more, I did not exceed the monthly cap.

I am having a similar issue.
I have 0 tender, despite being at 2000 last month and I believe I only purchased 1 thing at 700.
I completed this month. Still at 0. Still can’t loot chest for the monthly jester reward either.
Blizz needs to get on it - given their battle pass is time sensitive and March is already 25% through.

I am the same as Yonbi: cannot open chest, have zero tender - none from last month and none from completing this month’s; the only thing that has been recorded is one more for the achiev.
It has been a week! at the very least plse let us know what is going on.

So something that worked for me…
Make sure you only have 1 WoW client open. That made it so I could loot the chest for the monthly reward and show my tender. I was unable to purchase anything (internal error it said).
Tried again later in the day, looted 500 tender from chest, but accrued tender still showed 0 even after looting the 500 tender.
Relogged, tender showed correct value, was able to make purchases as intended.
So the system is super kludgy. They have a lot of issues they need to fix in there.
