I have no characters on my server screen I have attempted everything I can find in the forums and have attempted to submit a ticket but the continue button is greyed out. Does anyone have any suggestions, and yes I turned off my antivirus software and pop up blocker still no luck.
Try creating a lvl 1 toon on that realm see if that repops the server.
It won’t let me I can go to the create new character screen but can’t do anything there.
I would try a full UI reset then https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549
How do reset? not sure I have ever done that.

Is is possible this is related to the connectivity issue in
Just folow the link i posted.
I just exited out of wow. reopened battlenet app and my characters reappeared.

UI reset did not work
