While I can understand why you think these are related, they are not. And the work was well underway before that video came online. Khadgar had a very widespread problem that was quickly identified and reverted.
What you’re experiencing is a much more isolated and unique situation. Cases such as yours require more direct engineer attention. This unfortunately also means they take more time to fix since there are a limited amount of people capable of doing the necessary work. So even though the number of cases similar to yours is much smaller, they take a fair bit longer to fix up ![]()
It’s not a situation we want any player to be in, and these are being worked on as quickly as possible.
To be clear though, this is not something that can be expedited by anyone within Customer Support.
I’d be very frustrated, and I’d feel probably a bit helpless since there is nothing I could directly do. However, I would also have to trust that the issue was being worked on by the game team.
Aye, that’s likely something that could be considered once everything is cleared up. We generally don’t do it before hand, because then you have to keep opening tickets for more time if the issue takes longer to fix.
