A buddy of mine is missing all his chars on nightslayer..what happened?

it says no characters of either faction can be created because of faction imbalance

Im playing on xbox 360 and Im having the same problem

So just wait at the character screen and they will eventually load. Now getting in after that is another story

My characters are stuck on Nightslayer with a Lock Symbol next to them they were supposed to Migrate to Classic Era. Was told there’s delays should be good in my first ticket. My ticket was put in the moment I noticed it was stuck processing before 24hr maintenance window started. But now its the 16th, they did one more server maintenance today but still having the same problem. My ticket has been open almost 3 days now.

Same problem. Made a ticket. Two days later. I have received zero help and even made a post about those characters on the support section here. Just crickets. Where is our customer support at?

I have two very detailed tickets including multiple printscreens showing Processing prior to Server shutdown and locked post prepatch. Included blue post from forums. The ticket I put under Purchase Failure as instructed was closed this morning with a very dry answer .
My ticket was in Queue forever I was givin a very dry answer and they closed it again.

Ticket was put in under Failed Purchases Category already and I even refrenced my other ongoing ticket asked for them to Consolidate the issues to one. They just quickly closed it and it has nothing to do with the actual issue.
