Everything on my character list lacks textures for the eyes/hair/fur/skin, some models load up just fine and the game runs perfectly but no characters textures show at all

Make sure to add your info to the thread here. We’re trying to get as many reports in one thread as possible to hopefully get Blizz to look into it.
That CPU falls below the minimum specs required now that Shadowlands prepatch is here (see this link for a comparison). The staff hasn’t addressed whether they will work to make improvements for unsupported hardware yet, but tracking the other thread is your best bet for updates.
