Hello – I received the achievement The War Within Season 2: Master Blaster on 3/5/25. Upon receiving the achievement I received the item, Crystallized Essence of Kaja’mite. I used the item, and assumed I received an extra charge in my catalyst machine (I didn’t have a piece of gear to place in there to count my charges). This week I went to convert two pieces of gear, however I only have 1 charge available. I haven’t used any charges and believe I should have 2 charges. The only other odd thing was that when I received the season achievement on 3/5/25, it highlighted the wrong rating (I received 1600 pvp rating however the achievement said I had 2k M+ rating). I’m not sure if that makes a difference, but what does make a difference is not having 2 catalyst charges. Please help, thanks.
P.S. I filed a ticket and they responded that I should file a bug report here. Thanks.

Nope – when I filed a ticket they directed me here and closed the ticket.

If you have the seasonal achievement, yes.
if not in mail they should be in your bag
1 charge from week 1, 1 charge from the achievement. Currently only 2 total charges available, right? We won’t get a 3rd until 3/18.
I’m guessing the weekly reset or something messed up your charges. Blizz can’t be trusted to make stuff like this work correctly. You shoulda waited to use the kaja’mite until right when you wanted to use the charge.
There was a second bug report I saw where someone mentioned it specifically happening to an alt while being fine on the first character they did it as. OP has 2 dragons with the achievement completed, 1 of which has 2 pc from m+, so it’s possible that character did the achievement first and has catalyzed 2 items. The bug could only apply to the characters after the first.
I love that you found my dragons! I had the bug on the first evoker I got the achievement on (Aiaxvoker). Upon receiving the achievement, I got the item and “used” it. I didn’t have any items to catalize (and knew I’d be pve-ing and waiting for vault before making any tier). I then got the achievement a few days later on my 2nd evoker (Aiax) and immediately bought 2 pieces of pvp gear, and catalized them both.
This week, after looting vault, I took my first evoker (that hadn’t used any charges) to the catalizer and only had 1 charge available.
Opened my Catalyst this morning and did not receive my catalyst charge has anyone been able to get any response from Blizzard on how to fix this. I submitted a bug report but haven’t gotten a response yet. Tried resetting WOW Interface but no luck.
We get a charge next week.

Has anybody heard any type of resolution on this issue? I had a similar experience except mine was with a name change. I’ve been hoarding my charges on my alts and am up to 3, but on my main I used 1, and currently only have 1 remaining. When I hover over the currency it shows 1 charge sitting on the old name for my toon, and 1 charge sitting on the new name, like the game thinks they are 2 separate characters. I’ve filled out bug reports and filed tickets with no reaponse.
No, all Gms i’ve talked to, are all saying there’s no bug.
They do not believe us, therefore there’s prolly not a lot of chance that they are gonna bug fix it, from my three weeks bug experience.
