Cannot find a way to get a response via a support ticket, so hoping for help here… I have not gotten a Catalyst Charge this week. I know that it’s given every 2 weeks but for me it’s already 3 weeks without the charge.

i didn’t get one either this week when i should have. of course support is no help at all. not sure what to do tbh.

I have not received a catalyst charge (harmonized silk) since the second charge was issued (I have had 2/4 that should have been currently available).
I have also had no resolution via in game ticket.
