I looted a spine looking item on the ground in k’aresh highlighted in purple. It dropped Ixthal the Observling and I was in a group at the time so it went to a roll. I won the roll but was never awarded any pet. Can I have my pet please.

That’s new, I’ve never heard of a roll being done for a ground looted item out in the open world.
Have you gone back not in a group and tried clicking it again?
Customer Support Forum Agent here, nor a GM in game, can reward loot however. This sounds like a bug that it was rolled for at all. I’d make a post over in the Big Report forum stating that you never got loot you were rewarded after rolling on an item looted out in the open world.

According to a few comments there it looks to be bugged and is not rewarding the pet. You can add your voice by posting in Bug Report that you didn’t get it as well.
Still think it’s very odd you had to roll as well.

Ya I agree it was wierd and the guy I was grouped with didnt get it either when he clicked on the bones.
