I went to grind anima for the week and got a total of 8,475 anima-- the first was deposited with 2,370 and the second batch was 6,105 (luckily I have Elephant to show my logs lol). When I went to deposit them, it said they were put in the reservoir. However, when I checked in my currency tab and back at my covenant hall, it said I still had 633 anima total-- what I had when I began today.
Right now after looking at the forums, I am not the only one with this issue. I spent a couple hours on patch day to still grind out this anima, and now it’s seemingly lost. I have logs to prove it and when I deposited it, but I’m not sure how to post them here or if I can.

Same with me, can´t drop anima in resevoir.

Same. Clicked the anima deposit button, game showed how much was added but it just zipped it out

I also lost about 10k of anima. Unfortunately, I don’t have any logs.

i just deposited over 8k of anima while in ZM and when i got back to my covenant it hasnt worked either, i dont have any logs to help either

I’m having this now. I just realized it’s happened on at least 2 toons. 
The latest one was 1,320. I’m not sure about the other one but I’ve been hunting 500 Anima bosses.

works now, i just deposited mine and it appeared in reservoir correctly
I wonder if they’ll be able to give us our anima back. 
you will have to put in a ticket. I did yesterday when it happened and they sent it back to me through mail today after the fix.

I sure wish it was easy to figure out how to file a ticket for lost currency. There’s all these predefined categories and none of them are for that. I did “lost item,” but it’s not exactly an item either.
