A few days ago I did a couple of First Crafts on my engineer and got my knowledge skill points but the acuity i should have gotten was never added to my bags or sent to my mailbox…so I am missing some acuity…I was hoping there is some way to resolve this and maybe get my missing acuity back? I opened CS tickets in game and they gave me a link that brought me here…
They removed acuity gain from first crafts so people couldn’t get a lot extra through profession shuffling, but added extra to the initial profession quest you receive in Dornogal.
Well crap…ok thanks for that I guess…i had received other first craft acuity bonuses well after the time this post was put up…so i dont understand why i got it on some recipes then it just stopped on these 2…oh well…blizz logic i guess

They removed acuity from trainer-taught recipes only, to prevent the aforementioned profession shuffling to corner markets early in the expansion. Recipes you learn via items or specialization still grant acuity.

Well this feels horrible.
For players who didn’t hit rank 5 in the first week, we are in a boat, no paddle and the river smells something fierce.
Got to spend gold to buy mats to just earn a point or two. Can we professions for the less rich too?
