I find it kind of insane that we are now being forced to do per battle WQ to obtain mana pearls.
The one today offers 7!!!
These battles do not scale down to your pet battle teams level and the mob one shot everything.

Pet battles are a cancer to this game and I will not spend hundreds of hours doing it so I can do 1 WQ.
If it scaled down to your team level I would have no problem with it as a WQ.

Us pet battlers find it INSANE that we have to do combat quests to get mana pearls!! get over it dude… how dare blizz create ways for multiple game modes/styles to get mana pearls! most entitled post of the week!

(that last was a joke in regards to this being a gear based game after a certain disparity between two players - but skill can narrow that worth quite a bit still)

No! I love this game’s pet battle system and the pets in it and the warcraft universe. im content with the game. you’re not. sounds like YOU should find a different game xD

Everytime I’ve said pet battles are a waste of development time, I have been told that they are totally optional and thus I simply don’t have to participate if I don’t enjoy them, and I wont be missing out on anything.
Tell that to the necklace levels and now mana pearls that I wont have because I haven’t kept my pets current and refuse to participate in a system that I find to be incredibly silly and childish. I’m not 12. I don’t want or need to feel like I am a Yugi-oh master summoning my Pokemonz to destroy your army of equally stupid furries.

One time, i leveled 1 toon to max level just thru Pet Battles… collecting them and level them up. Pets can be used by any of your toons.
I was fond of Plants Vs Zombies back then. I got 3x Singing Sunflower out of it. These sunflower pets carried me to many of difficult pet battles coz not many knows how to counter them. I dont really play pet battles that much but if it’s the weekly quest, I have to do it.
Yesterday in Nazjatar, I have 45 manapearls. I want to have 50 but I did all the dailies except 1 daily… beating the Aquatic Snake for 5 manapearls. I only have 2 flying pets that can deal this Aquatic Snake. I cant beat it with just 2 flying pets. I leveled up to level 25 1 more flying pet yesterday and finally I beat the Aquatic Snake… got my 50 manapearls. Got my 2nd Benthic at ilevel 415. I got my 3rd Benthic at ilevel 410 today. Yeah, Pet Battles helped me. I will try to capture more level 25 pets since they are helping me.
Pet Battles is not hard. Collecting various pets is hard.
