On a Horde char, there is no candy bucket for treats in the Wild Coast (80,27 or 81,31, depending on who you listen to on Wowhead). Nothing clickable, no !.
On my Alliance char, that’s the only one she couldn’t do (Wowhead is saying it’s Horde only?).

There should be an Alliance bucket at the Alliance Wild Coast camp, where the ship docks when you first arrive.

There is 2 candy buckets at the Wild Coast, one for Alliance in the alliance Camp, and one for the Horde in the horde camp.
yeah but the achievment requires you to loot the hord one as well and i tried to loot it on my hord toon but it didnt count
The achievement only has one “The Waking Shores: Wild Coast” entry. When I did it on my Horde main (this character), I cleared that step by hitting up the Horde camp and eventually scored the whole achievement.
If there’s a bug, it would be that you found the Alliance camp candy bucket and either couldn’t use or using it didn’t credit the achievement.
I just checked it on my Alliance alt. Picked the Wild Shore Alliance inn tent candy bucket up as the first on that character’s copy of the achievement and it worked fine.
Whatever the issue is, it isn’t universal. It may only be a few players.
The addons were showing inaccurate coordinates for these buckets yesterday (unless it’s been since updated), make sure you’re all going to the correct camp. I only needed the alliance bucket on my alliance alt for the achievement, but haven’t tried it on horde yet.
