During MoP remix, my bags were full after completing the Infinite Power XII achievement (rewards the 4 toys that mimic the legendary cape effects) and I didn’t receive two of the toys.
I then sent in a ticket and waited 2 weeks just to be sent multiple copy & pasted robot responses that didn’t help my issue at all.
Finally after waiting more than 2 weeks (after MoP remix ended) I was told that “us folks at Customer Support can’t directly fix these mechanics-related issues” and was linked a guide on how to reset my UI and how to file a bug report.
So I guess my question is, how and who do I message someone to get this sorted out? Does blizzard even have human GM’s anymore?
