Bug with the proc being affected by GCD
also affected if heroic strike is qued when MSA is dual wielded.
MSA (Misplaced Servo Arm) Proc is unaffected by +nature dmg or spell power
also unaffected by Zandalarian hero charm and the Proc cannot crit
Unable to increase procchance with Lifestealing encants Or Proc On Equip trinkets such as Darkmoon card Maelstrom, even while wielding Two missplaced servo arms
Not many Misplaced Servo arms have dropped let alone people dual-wielding them so I fear this bug my not have been looked into.
There are very few weapons that scale with spell power in classic wow and misplaced servo arm is not one of them. This info can be found at wow.tools.
There is also a strange mechanic that prevents some procs from working under a GCD. I think it has to do with the skills sharing a physical of magic CD, but I’m not sure.
Was it not fixed along with other proc based weapons months back? We finally had one of these drop in our raid and I have been playing around with it but not in a raid setting yet. I’ll get a better feel by the end of this week.
Misplaced Servo Arm’s Electric Discharge has no conflict with the GCD, so that part of your post is misleading. You can spam any spell as often as you like and still proc the nature damage hit.
