Is misdirection working properly for you?
Sometimes I tend to have issues with it, issues like the target doesn’t even care that I’ve activated MD and keeps attacking me instead of pet.
This is happening to me specially at Ardenweald

I’ve noticed this in Ardenweald as well. Seems to be just a few specific quest-related encounters. Probably intended.
