I want the crimson mechasaur but until they raise the drop rate of miscellaneous mechanica I refuse to grind for them. It has been a few weeks and I only have two.
To be honest, the only thing I wanted out of Undermine was the pets. I’m not a mount collector so the rep grind is over for me.

Ya, I hope they revisit that. It is super silly to have it that low. I am still grinding the rep for the individual cartels, but will likely stop once I have those maxed.
Agreed, the droprate for Miscellaneous Mechanica needs to be looked at. Up the drop, or add in something like “guaranteed drop from your first Undermine rare kill of the day across your Warband” condition would really make this grind less frustrating.
Another possible compromise on Miscellaneous Mechanica: Allow us to convert Empty Kaja’Cola Cans directly into Mechanica? I’d keep digging away at those trash piles if that were an option lol
FWIW, until they change the droprate on miscellaneous mechanica, stopping grinding cartel rep once you max them out is the worst thing to do. You’re guaranteed 1-2 mechanica from each paragon chest you get from the individual cartels, except for when you get the mount (you get the mount instead of mechanica).
Yeah its a lousy drop rate on those Mechanica…I have been down there since day 1 of that place opening up and I have gotten just 1 of them to drop for me and I been hitting all the rares I can get too in time…
Don’t forget to hit the overflowing dumpsters. I’ve gotten two mechanica from dumpsters.
I have yet to find one of those think I’ll look that up so I know what to look for thanks for the info…edit okay looked them up yeah I have hit a few I can find usually early early in the morning like 4 am EST…might have to adjust my sleep pattern and be up more that time of morning…
