I got a Waylaid Supplies: Minor Wizard Oil to fill with 2 minor wizard oils, perfect, I’m an enchanter so this will be easy. Unfortunately none of the enchanting vendors have the recipe it seems? A bit goofy to have this crate in the game if you cant fill it.

+1 can’t seem to find the recipe, checked all capitals in Horde side
same, been checking the vendors in Org and TB constantly, neither the formula or any wizard oil are on the AH
Have you tried to cold-press tiny wizards?

+1 I was looking for the recipe as well, decided to look it up and found this post.
wowhead says it came out during phase 5 for classic so they may have forgotten to put it in at launch for some reason
+1 Can’t find this recipe either.
If there is a Supplies that request them, I hope this mean it’s only an oversight. Please don’t phasegate recipe/quests/items in seasons…

Not to necro, but wanted to bump and say I’ve had this issue, as well. I didn’t discover it until I got Waylaid Supplies for Minor Wizard oil, but both myself and my friend have checked the recipe vendor in all of the Alliance capitals a couple times.
I tried checking the AH to see if maybe recipe flippers had grabbed it and listed it, but neither the recipe nor the oil itself were listed.
Has anyone seen a blue text about this, or had any headway themselves?
I think the recipe can drop from the new raid? That is the rumor i have heard anyway.

There is an oil that you can only use in BFD, but I’m unsure if that recipe drops from the raid or not. I’ve seen that on the AH quite a bit.
It’s a oversight, the wizard oils were addedin phase 5. Just turn it in without filling.
