I have swapped the trinket in and out in both slots, relogged, reloaded, and even shut the game down completely. The trinket will proc every so often. I did a Spires 14 last night and it did not proc once. I only had 1 proc in a plaguefall 12 before that. It is bugged.

I have the same problem with this trinket. I found that if I change the server instance it seems to fix it but then it will stop proccing again after a while. Relogging or reequipping the trinket definitely didn’t fix it though. Sometimes if I kill an enemy too fast it will summon a mailmental but then it will just sit there with nothing to attack lol. I’m wondering if this is when the trinket starts to break and stops proccing. Or perhaps theres only a limited amount of procs until it just stops working?

Same, didn’t get a single proc throughout a raid.
I also get no procs with this trinket blizz plz.
It was proccing for me last night and earlier today, but suddenly decided to stop for good again. This thing is a sim trap as it stands right now.
Was using it during Taz hard mode and it stopped proccing after the menagerie boss and did 0 damage to the last 4 bosses.
Mines not working either I got it 3 days ago and havnt equipped it yet due to it not working had it proc 3 times in the span of 3 hours. This trinket definitely would be a good trinket. Please blizz fix it.
