Pres just 30% nerf to their healing and rdruid is not the most powerful healer for hps without these buffs. They also made cen ward pretty powerful for topping people without many mastery stacks.
The reason your healing must suck is because your pugging raids and over healing everything its a problem with group makeup not the healing druids can do. Mythic+ we are still fine when people start actually gearing and understanding you can do like 300k dps just pressing healing spells and using blooming for free 2mil starfires.
