Yup, like every year… you do dailies, get those gifts as reward and then the same vendor I think sells items so you buy a present or whatever it’s called for 5 of the currency you got. And it’s a very low drop chance from that gift you purchase. Other items the vendor sells is the toy and a few other things.

Oh derp, i checked on my warrior, not my priest. My priest was my main back then lol. ty!
You can loot a battle pet too. There’s a chance for it to be in the snow mounds around the quest area in Frostfire Ridge.

Ooops, I knew I forgot to leave that part out … the garrison lvl 3 as someone pointed out has the vendors.
I just waited for the price wars in the AH to start and bought the mount. If I’m thinking of the right mount. Hmmmm
