Title. All of my mining progress was reset and I now have about 100 fewer knowledge points than I had before.

Same issue, Very annoying and hoping blizzard will give a reasoning.
They need to. I had fundamentals, plethora, bismuth, ironclaw, and rich nodes all maxed before this.
Now I can’t even get halfway through bismuth.
Just defrauding the time I put in if they take away over half the points I’d amassed with no explanation or fix.
Same, my herbing as well. Both missing a large amount of points.
Seems to have affected both gathering profs then.
Reset trees with massive point deduction, and no announcement for it.
Happened to me too. I think they rolled back the knowledge gained from gathering when it was bugged and dropping more than intended.
I know I gained like 50+ knowledge the first week the drops were enabled, and now it seems to be capped at 8 knowledge per week from that source.
Annoying, but at least understandable.
If this is what happened, I’d like them to comment on it.
I have the same problem with my druid, Mining was the most affected, I lost 31 knowledge points in Herbalism and I lost 37 knowledge points in Mining, what kind of joke is this?
Were you mining the morning of official launch? I was and got 50ish knowledge past the weekly cap from nodes.
So both of us should probably be at the max knowledge available without the bug.
