Now that the Darkmoon Firewater has had its speed effect removed from non-Dragonflight content, is there any other thing that anyone knows of that works generally to increase mining speed?
I know there are certain enchants but not sure if there are any that work on speed rather than just to increase the level. Also, there are a few items across the game like the pick from MoP but they seem to be all restricted to a specific expansion.
Are there any ways of increasing mining speed that work in all expansion areas, that anyone knows of?
Note my bit there - all expansion areas. Not Dragonflight, all - so vanilla, cataclysm, wrath, wherever. I noted that the Darkmoon Firewater, that used to just give a speed increase to gathering, now gives Deftness, which is a Dragonflight ability. It doesnt work outside DF zones.
First answer they gave you there is the correct one. Highmountain Tauren have a racial ability that makes mining incredibly fast, and works in all zones. Everything else in the game (that I’m aware of at least) only works in certain zones/expansion content, but not in others.
OK, thanks. At this point I have maxed miners linked to important professions and I was more hoping for finding something for them to use, rather than level up a new character and then have to level through all the expansions for whatever mining options I wanted. I guess Ill just toddle along at the old normal speed.
