I have mining, herb, and skinning, and I would say skinning (although the price of skins is dropping slowly, ore actually seems to be rising, and herbs seems to be somewhat stablizied).
I can easily make 20-30k gold in 30 minutes from skinning.
Mining and herbalism. Also if you are an OG wow player you probably arent going to like the new profession system, It’s hot diarrhea.
