Not if the servers are down.
Anyway, from playing on multiple servers I’d say some zones are waaaay better than others. But yes, at least on my main server HFP and Nagrand are almost always completely farmed out. But I’ve been fine in most other zones.
Going into Northrend…at least early on it probably will be pretty reliant on dungeon farming to make headway into the higher zones.
