My DK cannot loot the Star Metal Deposit mining knowledge item in voidstorm. My other miners up til this point have been able to loot it. I click on it, my character kneels down, but nothing else happens. The loot window doesn’t even pop up.
Confirmed with a second toon.

The item no longer appears where it should on my DK.
I put in a ticket. I got a cookie cutter response that did not address my issue AND for some reason it won’t let me re-open my ticket. So I guess I’m SOL on my all my toons that are miners?!
I need a response from Kaivax or Linxy here because this is BS.
Its a known issue for several weeks now. A EU Blue mentioned they were looking into it but nothing since.
On live on NA I was able to loot it after they’ve moved it to 34, 76
