Mining deftness/speed changed?

edit: I was missing weaver buff from the pacts. Non-issue, user error.

On my high mountain tauren I could mine nodes with 65% deftness in 0.4 seconds per node.

After the update today it’s 1.2 seconds.

Nothing changed with my character, I don’t use any potions or phials etc.

I don’t see any changes to mining, deftness, or racial bonuses in the patch notes.

Why am I mining almost 2 times slower now today?

Me too, they’re either a bug, or it was nerfed.

It was pointed out to me that I didn’t get my Weavers buff yet. With that, my mining went from 0.9 down to 0.2.
