Since the prepatch after my first combat encounter the ore mining animation on my characters stops. The only thing that fixes the issue is to log out of the game.
I am having this same issue, I first noticed it on my void elf rogue.
Also seems to affect herb collecting animations. will check on characters other than my void elf rogue shortly. After the first combat with anything, she doesn’t do anything - no swinging of the mining pick, no hand motions when picking, just stands there until the cast bar is done.
Also, seems to affect hearthstone usage. No animation when using the Eternal Traveler’s Hearthstone.
