It’s subpar in its current form.
Change mindgames to a 3 second duration spell that can’t be dispelled. Remove it’s initial damage component and buff the reverse healing/damage.
Solves 2 issues:

Stops the complaints from pve players that they have to fit a ‘slightly harder’ mindblast into their rotation
-
The second part of the spell and what makes it unique is trivialized a majority of the time in PVP. 9/10 times a healer automatically dispels it.
