Silly question… Disc priest. When Im in an enviroment that is 5+ targets, should I be doing Mind Sear or Holy Nova… I was reading somewhere that Mind Sear doesn’t contribute to my atonement healing?

Mind sear does contribute to atonement healing but it only contributes to atonement healing on the first instance of damage. If you hit 15 targets with it the atonement transfer is based off of it hitting only one target.

Valid question. And how about Boon!!! I have hit Boon and then incurred aggro. Tank fail noted!!

I use both, though try to sear first. Nova if burst for a tick or two .
Nova is great because you can spam it on the move and it does healing + damage.
