Hey! Looking for a macro that casts Mind Sear on the (usually) tank when my target has aggro, and when my target is attacking me, cast it normally on it.

Not possible. You can use a modifier to switch between casting it on @party1 (no guarantee that’s the tank) or @focus (set your tank as your focus) and your current target but there’s no way to cast based on who is being attacked by something.
