AKA: I evidently have too much time on my hands.
I decided to make a little "guide" on my interpretation of how Mind Magic works in WoW, explaining how one does it, what one can do with it, and how to defend against it.
I don't know if anyone would have much use of this RP wise but I thought it would be interesting.

Always enjoy reading how others interpret magics that aren't well explained.
Personally with my toons, I've taken a much more subtle approach to manipulations involving shadowy magic. Some just plain Jane psychology while others are much more direct approaches. This is a good documents because it gives some good insight into some of the spells available to Shadow Priest.
I've met a few other people who handle Mind Magic differently such as memory recovery by delving into dreams, which makes for rather interesting RP because not all of it can be reliable as it is a dream. If the character is known for a rough past or has been corrupted in some way, the memories could portray the character in a much more negative light. Even to the point where one of mine is considered a murderer, but in fact did not commit murder. The priestess involved assumes the memory to be 100% fact when only parts of it are fact.

Your guide is a great explanation indeed! It really makes me want to roleplay my shadow priestess here again soon. I may use some of this if ever I get the chance. Thank you for the inspiration and keep up the good work!
My Disciple priest uses Mind Magic to detect discrepancies in the body or in the mind to help aid his healing.
