When I cast it, it acts as if I missed and cancels out. Sometimes it does a full channel. Sometimes it channels long enough for one or two ticks and cancels out again. It’s extremely annoying.
Found the issue -_-. The lightning on the ground in Val was interrupting it for that world quest…
