Mind Control Macro

Hi,

I’m looking for a macro that will cast MC on focus if I have one, if not on target, and a shift modifier to cancel the aura if necessary.

Shift-1 to 6 is keybound by default to action bar switching. Any keybindings will take precedence over macros and “eat” the modifier and prevent Shift from reaching the macro if it was assigned to slots 1 to 6 on your action bar.

If that’s the case you would either need to unbind Shift 1 to 6 (shift mousewheel does the same thing anyways) or change the macro. Ctrl-1 to 0 also has default keybindings (pet abilities and it doesn’t matter if your class can’t have a pet) but Alt doesn’t have any default keybindings in wow

Personally I would unbind Shift and Ctrl instead of changing the macro
