It will never be fixed, it appears as though it is not a bug and working as intended. Because how in tf is this still a thing. Just take the L and move on man it’s unfortunate but it’s what we have.
Charmingly, I found they made it almost impossible to create a ticket to restore my rating. Digging through options for a few minutes before I said fk it. This is pretty infuriating.

good point I thought that resetting one does not mean resetting the others , I have seen them do it in PVE before but I guess PVP is harder?
You can’t lose rating in PVE.
Interesting, just curious in what PvE situation they would do this? or why would a rating in PvE need to be reset. Raiding doesn’t carry rating and m+ you don’t lose rating you just brick the key.
Unless you mean they have given peoples key back which in that case I wish I knew that because I’ve had high keys bricked out the gate with DCs, ppl rage leaving the group etc. Then I deserve my key back. Blizzard owes me.
Literally dcd came back from the mc. And then watched the enemy healer start spamming mc back and forth as fast as he could trying to dc someone else after i logged back in. Man knew the 5 year bug and tried to take advantage. Blizz is a dying small indie company and they are struggling to keep up as you all know. Games not dying from bad care takers and bad design choices/lack of care its dying because pikaboo keeps killing everyone. Theres almost no one left alive at this point to play the game. Mans rufless. I once seent him chop a players head clean off, i seent it
My only DCs in arena have been Priest fears and MCs. Has happened repeatedly. Should be investigated

This is still a thing and priests intentionally mc me and start doing weird things like running and jumping my body into a pillar or ledge. That should be a ban for sure

This ability should either be fixed or changed in PvP to something else not vulnerable to this problem. A search of the forum shows that this has been an issue for a very long time
At this point it is no longer a bug it’s a feature of MC
