So I was doing the quest Mighty Magnataur leveling my warrior. Iceshatter, one of the required named mobs, is bugged. His ability Pulsing Shards does it’s old damage and deals damage regardless of range. It’s completely unavoidable and short getting a high level character to come kill the mob for me, I have no way to really finish the quest.
