There’s only one problem here. Ursoc’s soul was destroyed in Shadowlands. There’s no spirit to be invoked.
Attempting to cast this spell should result in an Error 404 “Spirit not found”.

Every pandaren walking Azeorth is like a much less sinister version of a Horcrux for Ursoc. Too much of his power is tied to the world for a true death.

If any expac needs to be explained away as our characters drinking some expired Nogenfoggers, it’s that one.
Maybe there is a secret double-shadowlands that his soul went to when we thought it was destroyed.
It’s probably Elune’s power or something random and made up at the last second.
