I grinded renown hard in Dragonflight just so people could pay 60$ for all that hard work mid expansion, will this happen in War Within as well?
Probably not, because, you know, all your progress is account wide now so there’s no need for a per character catch-up mechanic.
Well now that the reputation is warbound, it really shouldn’t matter. Unless you are making an alt that can’t be part of your war band.
Which is impossible, as all characters you have, including new ones, regardless of what server they’re on, are all part of your warband.

Its just cosmetics and crafting so I can’t see why not.
Unless they are on a different region, but yeah, all your characters are your warband, past (deleted to restored) present and future.
